Dave Russell

President, CEO and founder of the PICA Group of Companies

Dave Russell is President, CEO and Founder of the PICA Group of companies. Dave is also a Fellow of the Canadian Society of NDT and has spent the past 46 years of his career in the NDT business. He holds several patents on the HydroScope Tool and has a patent pending for the TT technique (a corrosion detection device that works from outside the pipe). Dave is also President of Russell NDE Systems Inc. and R.T.Co. Inc. and manages the marketing for all three corporations.

Edward Brain

For service in the eastern seaboard of Canada, U.S.A, and France

Ed has spent a long and distinguished career in NDT instrumentation design, manufacturing and sales. He will be based in Montreal and will manage the eastern seaboard of Canada and the U.S.A.. Ankit Vajpayee

Ankit holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and spends most of his time providing advanced NDE solutions to Oil & Gas, Electricity & Power, Pulp & Paper and Water & Sewer Industries around the world. Chris Garrett

As a field Project Co-ordinator, Chris manages the operations of the PICA suite of in-line inspection tools. When he is not inspecting pipelines in the field, Chris is active in marketing and addressing customer inquiries. He speaks both English and Mandarin. Mario McCabe

Mario has a long history with “HydroScope Tools”. As Director of Scope Inspection Services, Mario introduced these in-line inspection tools to the U.K. and European marketplace in the ‘90’s.
