Rapid, Reliable Inspections in Any Line

One of the biggest challenges operations face with water line inspection is finding an accurate inspection tool that can navigate small-diameter openings, elbows, and other structural obstacles. Even if a suitable tool can be found, the downtime typically associated with getting the Tool into the line can make it difficult to justify.

INGU Pipers have been meticulously designed and engineered to address these challenges, effectively putting much of the complex technology of larger In-Line Inspection Tools inside a unit roughly the size of a tennis ball. Capable of operating in an active line, INGU Pipers allow operations to maintain 100% uptime while conducting thorough, accurate multi-sensor surveys at the normal flow rate of the line.

  • 2.8" diameter, making it suitable for nearly any line.
  • Up to 50 bar (775 PSI) pressure resistance.
  • 10°C-60°C (0°F-140°F) operating temperature range.
  • 24 hr runtime.
  • NSF-61 certified for potable water mains.
  • Ideal for condition assessment, leak detection, pressure sensing and deposit location, magnetic feature identification, and IMU for position and isometry.
  • Can be run by your own personnel or PICA will run them for you.
