Pipeline inspection and condition analysis service using Near Field eddy current electromagnetic testing (NFT)

Delivers identification and quantification of five or more adjacent broken wires in dewatered concrete cylinder pipe types, such as prestressed concrete cylinder pipe (PCCP), reinforced concrete cylinder pipe (RCCP) and reinforced concrete pipe (RCP).
Broken wires are a leading indicator for pipeline integrity issues and each vintage of pipe would have a specific number of broken wires ratio to operating pressure limit before failure is likely to happen.

Delivers localized/spot inspection for trends in wall thickness reductions, individual pits, graphitic corrosion, and erosion.
Identification of potential critical failure locations, extent of damage (depth and length) looking at both sides (ID and OD) of the pipe for accurate integrity assessment.

Delivers high resolution, through-transmission, cross sectional pipe wall thickness measurements, detection of internal and external areas of wall loss, graphitic corrosion, cracks, or local stress concentrators in metal pipes.
Identification of potential critical failure locations, extent of damage (depth and length) looking at both sides (ID and OD) of the pipe for accurate integrity assessment.
Includes wire break measurements, cylinder corrosion and loss of preload for pressurized concrete pipes.
